About the Nadula Confidence Scholarship

The Nadula Confidence Scholarship is established by Nadula Hair, a human hair wigs brand dedicated to helping people embrace their natural beauty and express themselves with confidence. We believe in empowering young leaders who show resilience and community spirit. Nadula is proud to support African-American students as they pursue their educational dreams and build a brighter future together.

Scholarship Description

To be eligible for the Nadula Confidence Scholarship, applicants must: be African-American high school seniors planning to attend college, technical or vocational school, OR currently enrolled undergraduate students at an accredited U.S. college, technical or vocational school. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to community, as well as the potential to do well in their postsecondary education. In addition to completing the application, applicants must also submit a transcript and one recommendation letter. Recipients will need to submit verification of enrollment and registration.

Scholarship Details

  • Number of Awards: Two (2) scholarships of $1,000 each will be awarded annually.

  • Award Usage: Awards can be used for books, fees, or tuition.

  • Renewability: Non-renewable, awarded on a yearly basis.

Eligibility Criteria

  • African-American high school seniors planning to attend college, technical, or vocational school, OR currently enrolled undergraduate students at an accredited U.S. college, technical, or vocational school.

  • Cumulative GPA between 2.0 and 2.9 (on a 4.0 scale).

  • Demonstrated commitment to the community.

  • Potential for success in postsecondary education.

Application Process

  1. Verify that you meet the eligibility criteria.

  2. Prepare your application, including evidence of your GPA and commitment to the community.

  3. Submit your complete application by January 15, 2027.

  4. If selected, provide verification of enrollment and registration by August 15, 2027.
