Afterpay wigs and hair
What is Afterpay?
Founded in 2014, Afterpay has millions of global customers and hundreds of thousands of merchant partners now using the platform across Australia, the US, Canada, the UK, New Zealand, and the EU (where it is called Clearpay). Afterpay’s global team is currently made up of more than 1300 people and growing.
Afterpay is deeply committed to delivering positive outcomes for customers. The majority of Afterpay’s income is derived from merchants, rather than customers. If a customer misses a payment, they won’t be able to use Afterpay until the payments are up-to-date. Late payment fees are charged but are fixed, capped and do not accumulate over time. Customers are never entrapped in revolving debt and never incur interest. We are focused on supporting our community of shoppers.

How much can I spend with Afterpay?
You may be shown estimated amounts that you can spend with Afterpay. Please note, it is possible that your order may be declined, even if the order amount is less than your estimated spending limit, as Afterpay uses a variety of factors to determine approval of orders and limits may be lower at certain merchants.
Why is my order being declined?
We offer simple instalment plans for online shoppers, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four installments, due every 2 weeks.
Simply shop with one of your favourite stores found in the Shop Directory and choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time shoppers provide payment details as usual, returning shoppers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
After you check out, the goods will be shipped to you by the merchant. At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise we will automatically take the money from your AMEX, debit or credit card on the payment due date.
Can I change the date a payment is due?
Great news! You can now change the due date of payment yourself via our mobile app or website! It's pretty straightforward.
Can I pay less than the full instalment amount?
Exciting Recent Change - pay what you can when you can! You can, however, use the pay part payment feature - this is quite new only works from logging on via our URL, not our mobile app.
What to do if my order hasn't arrived yet?
With an increase in online shopping, many merchants and delivery courier services have announced warnings that delivery timelines may take longer than expected.
You may be able to move your payment due dates to avoid paying for items that you have not yet received, please contact the merchant to verify your order status. Many merchants send email or text alerts with status updates and have order status tools found online via the merchant's website. Afterpay is not able to amend, adjust or change an order once it is approved - this must be handled directly with the store.
Why haven't I received my goods yet?
We do not have any influence over the delivery of your goods as this process is controlled by the merchants. Please contact the store where you purchased your goods and ask for an expected delivery date/tracking information.
