How much can I spend with Afterpay?

Why is my order being declined?

Otherwise we will automatically take the money from your AMEX, debit or credit card on the payment due date.

Can I change the date a payment is due?

Great news! You can now change the due date of payment yourself via our mobile app or website! It's pretty straightforward.

Can I pay less than the full instalment amount?

What to do if my order hasn't arrived yet?

With an increase in online shopping, many merchants and delivery courier services have announced warnings that delivery timelines may take longer than expected.

You may be able to move your payment due dates to avoid paying for items that you have not yet received, please contact the merchant to verify your order status. Many merchants send email or text alerts with status updates and have order status tools found online via the merchant's website. Afterpay is not able to amend, adjust or change an order once it is approved - this must be handled directly with the store.

Why haven't I received my goods yet?

We do not have any influence over the delivery of your goods as this process is controlled by the merchants. Please contact the store where you purchased your goods and ask for an expected delivery date/tracking information.
