Hi, ladies and gentlemen, let's go ahead and get into this unit. This is a 5x5 kinky straight closure wig with HD lace, there's 24 inches long and 180% density, so it's stunning. The great thing about this closure wig is that it is pre-plucked, the knots are not bleached but the hairline is pre-plucked. I plucked it a little bit more, just like a couple of strands. Create faux baby hairs at the side- I'm showing a fuzzier than a caterpillar now. I was gonna redo my braids and I was like girl for what I'm about to put a wig on top of it. Relax okay so let's go ahead. First, I need to create my faux baby hairs at the side, I don't want it to look like my hairline dropped off a cliff. I'm gonna go ahead and take a baby hair brush and my Eco Styler gel and I'm just gonna go ahead and apply some to the areas, brush out some baby hairs on the areas. Because my edges are hard, my hair is hoarded, so I gotta soften it up a little bit with some water. that's why I got no edges, this is just like a little wig hack that I like to do to make my closures look like frontals or look more realistic. You see the baby hairs are laid down, the fuzz is real, so I'm just gonna go ahead and take my lace wig grip and I'm gonna apply it to the head and this is the only base that I use. This is what it looks like after washing, this is so pretty.
Tint the lace- Next thing is to tint the lace a little bit, just to make it more seamless, but as you can see this lace is blending into the skin. So let me just go ahead and take this off and I'm gonna go ahead and take a good lace tint, the good lace tint that I have access to is from Kellen Derek, it's the best lace tint that I've tried. let me turn this cap inside out, I spray it onto a brush and then I rub it into the closure just to get nice evenly distributed colors. I'm gonna set the color into the lace by using my blow dryer with the diffuser, so I'm just gonna turn this on high and warm to allow it to dry. Now we can go ahead and reapply our wig. you see how that looks amazing.
Flatten the hairline- Then we need to flatten the hairline and make sure we have our middle part. Parted it down the middle now we need to get some wax to stick it. I'm gonna take some of the gel, I'm brushing the baby hairs like onto the forehead and adjust hairline a little bit, we're gonna use a rapid strip just to lay that area down. So let's go ahead and pull this hair back and I'm going to fold it in half and lay it right where the hairline is. I'm gonna use the medulla elastic band that they provided in my package.
Curl the hair and style our hair- Using an automatic curler that can automatically curl your hair. I need to get up in these roots and blow dry the hair, then curl it with our cheese-spinning curl. I'm just gonna take a hot comb to it, you see how much flatter it is on this side. Next, I'm gonna blow dry the hair because I want to see how much straighter I can get it. I'm gonna work in four sections. I'm gonna start on this side and blow dry and clip some, this is what the hair looks like after blow drying. I don't think it's gonna take too much to curl this hair, I'm gonna curl this hair in the same direction and while I'm curling the hair I'm going to use the Pantene air spray. Now I'm going to take my cheese spinning curl and curl it away from the face. I'll spin the curl backward like pressing the backward button.
This is the finished look- This hair is so big, fluffy, and pretty, it looks so realistic, and doesn't look like a closure wig. The pros of this wig: soft, easy to apply, and has seamless lace. Because it is a very soft, long, and luxurious hair, I wish the knots were bleached this would be perfect. the hair doesn't curl but that's a kinky straight sort of thing. That's how it looks in the back, the curls turned into waves, so pretty.

I have been trying to find kinky straight hair exactly like this, along with an effortless tutorial because I don't have time to pluck hairs and all of that.
